The long service life and optimum performance
 
1. Will not plug bed or catalyst
The monolithic, rather than layered, structure of AAC supports
eliminates in-service spalling and delamination, which prevents
the indidence of fine chips or splinters that can plug the bed or
catalyst.
2. Will not contaminate catalyst
Maximum resistance to erosion and attrition minimizes the possibility
of catalyst contamination.
AAC supports are not hydroscopic.
3. High thermal shock resistance
AAC supports have an extraordinary ability to withstand extrme
thermal shock without breaking.
4. Will not poison catalyst
AAC support media are free of sulfur, boron and ther common
catalytic poison.
Analysis crushed spheres have determined the leachable iron content
to be less than 0.1%. It expand the ability of catalyst's working
efficiently and minimizes costs caused by replacement, rebuilding
and so on.
